International Women’s Day was celebrated in March from City Aid Foundation. It was a small gesture to wish all the phenomenal women out there a day filled with love, respect, and appreciation for everything they do. We all know that women are the backbone of our society.” We salute…#womensupportingwomen #womenempowerment .Women’Day and our foundation day was celebrated with great pomp at MCD Primary School,Pratap Nagar with women fraternity as Teacher staff, MTS staff, students, parents and our team. Prior a week, Our team shortlisted few students and gave training to participants for the function. Group Dance, Song, Poem recitation, Speech and women role play was prepared by the participants under the constant guidance and with the support of our team members.We presented Planters to Teachers and fecilitated Principal Mam With the memento.Our team member deliver wonderful speech and presented a song which motivated the audience. After the performances, Foundation held Plantation Drive, gave away Prizes to participants.
We distributed sweets to everyone and ended up the event with the Cake Cutting Ceremony.All of us specially the women enjoyed their special day alot.Most of the program was for women, from women and with women.It was a fun fulling day because of the efforts of our team who prepared students and gave training to them which leads to a lovely event.Our journey with this Government School highlighted transformative power to inspire change and ignite creativity. In our pursuit of empowering change through design thinking, we look forward to exploring new opportunities, further validating our success, and creating a sustainable, lasting impact on the lives of these incredible young minds.
